Setting us apart from competitors, Our three-valve system offers significant advantages over a two-valve system due to its enhanced fluid control and pressure management capabilities. The inclusion of a base valve, in addition to the rebound and compression valves, allows for more precise modulation of hydraulic fluid flow. This precision reduces the likelihood of fluid cavitation and pressure spikes, which can lead to inconsistent damping and harsh ride characteristics in two-valve systems. The base valve is particularly beneficial because it allows us to finely tune the compression characteristics: it provides a softer response during low-speed compression strokes, ensuring comfort and smoothness, but ramps up effectively during heavy compression impacts, such as hitting a pothole or a speed bump. This adaptability ensures that the suspension remains stable and responsive across a variety of conditions, offering a smoother, more controlled ride and maintaining better traction by keeping the tires consistently in contact with the road surface.

Our kit is fully adjustable (preload, compression, and rebound). These adjustments can be found on your new fork cap. Some riders prefer to set it and leave it, while some riders like to tinker between setups. Either way, we are a call away for all your setup questions.
*This cartridge kit is for 2020-2022 CVO ROADGLIDE models only --- For those who have put a 21" front wheel on their 2014-2024 baggers, use part number 006-25125-216.
On 2020-2022 CVO Roadglide models, the forks come with a 23 7/8" chrome tube instead of the standard 22 7/8" chrome tube that comes on all other 49mm bagger models. This limits the amount of travel as the chrome tube is recessed one inch further inside the fork lower and so mechanically bottoms at 92mm. We recommend purchasing our 22 7/8" chrome tube set and buying our 006-25125-216 kit for 14-19 Roadglide CVO models. This will allow us to bump your travel from 92mm to 118mm.
Slight modification of your upper tubes required** the larger diameter piston requires more clearance and removal of the oem bottoming assembly is required.
Alternatively, customers can purchase a set of GP Suspension pre-modified fork tubes.
